Wearable art with discarded yarns, glass beads & buttons. A pelerine, a short cape that covers the shoulders, was originally worn by French female pilgrims in the Middle Ages. This religious group (pèlerins) travelled along the famous pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela in Spain.
